Ciudad Juárez.- Carlos Omar Barranco, who served as Social Communications coordinator for the northern zone in the State Government, submitted his resignation this Wednesday, and it was accepted.
Barranco conveyed the news via his social networks, although no further details were provided regarding the decision.
