Ciudad Juárez.- Elements of the Mexican Army rescued 111 migrants being transported in inhumane conditions in box trailers on the Janos Highway.
According to the Attorney General's Office, the rescue occurred during an inspection carried out by elements of the Mexican Army at Military Security Post 35-3 in Janos.
Due to the above, Rubén G. was arrested, who was placed in the Public Ministry and today received preventive detention by a federal judge, when he was charged with the crime of human trafficking in his mode of transport within the national territory.
The resolution was issued by the Special District Judge in the Accused Criminal System in Chihuahua. The detainee was placed under justified preventive detention, in accordance with the authority of the federal Public Ministry.
