Early this Saturday (19) morning, the body of Maria Rosália Gonçalves Mendes, 26 years old, was exhumed and burned in the Itambé cemetery (50 kilometers from João Pessoa) located on the border between the states of Pernambuco and Paraíba.
Maria Rosália killed her own son Miguel Ryan, aged 6, and beheaded him, in João Pessoa. His body was buried in the cemetery of Pedras de Fogo, a town in Paraíba bordering Itambé, on September 21, one day after the crime.
This Saturday (19), unknown people opened the grave and burned the body of the woman who committed the crime and died 28 days later due to a general infection. He was rescued and treated at the João Pessoa Trauma Hospital after having to be restrained from being shot by military police officers on the day he killed his son.
