EAGLE PASS, TX.- Dept Texas Public Safety (TxDPS) reported that they continue to detect large groups of undocumented people crossing the Rio Grande, most of whom are from countries at war.

Most of these irregular crossings, in which unaccompanied minors are found, have been identified near the community of Normandy, in the north Eagle Pass, on Maverick County land.
He TxDPS indicating that they had detected the originating group Egypt, Türkiye and various regions Africaamong others, some of them aroused particular interest from the authorities.
Dozens of unaccompanied boys and girls have been found in this group, and they were turned over to the Border Patrol for detention.
