Judge wakes up and the Yankees increase their lead over the Rangers

The New York Yankees strike again and take a 2-0 lead over the Cleveland Guardians in the American League Championship Series.

Aaron Judge woke up in the playoffs, driving in 3 runs, 2 of them with his first home run of the postseason, in a 6-3 rout of the Bronx Bombers, who struck from the same first inning.

It was Judge's 14th home run in Major League playoff history. Mexico's Alex Verdugo also advanced to New York, after going 1-for-3 in the game.

The series continues on Thursday at home to Cleveland, which has a lot of work ahead of it.
