According to delegate Marcus Vieira, from the 72nd DIP, the team was informed about the case on Saturday morning, when the victim's mother came to the police unit and formalized a complaint against her partner, reporting that the crime occurred in the early hours of the same morning. day. In a special interview, the victim described in detail the abuse and violence he experienced.
“After receiving information, officers immediately went to the location and found the man showing signs of drunkenness and drug use. The complaint allows effective action, so that arrests are made in less than 5 hours after the crime occurs”, informs Marcus Vieira.
According to the delegation, protective measures are also provided under the Henry Borel Act, which establishes special guidelines for children and adolescents who are victims of domestic and family violence, in addition to considering the murder of children under the age of 14 as a heinous crime. .
The man will be charged with rape of a vulnerable person and will remain in the hands of the Court.
